Anto Russell Memorial Heats & Final

For Horses Grade 1 to 5. Heats and Final will be run as handicap races with 10 yards between each grade. Horses in the same grade will ballot for position. It is hoped that the maximum trail between the grades in the heats will be 20 yards. Penalty Free Racing.
