Anto Russell Memorial Heats

Entries are open to all graded horses. The entries we receive will define the structure of the framing. The heats will be run as Open Preferred Handicap with a maximum 3 Grades between horses. The final will be ran as a handicap with horses trailing. The Heats and The Final will be Penalty Free. Any horses returned from The Heat and Final will be given the option of either a refund or going in a graded OPH.
